Kave Roaster & Bakery is looking for baristas to join the Kave Roaster Family!
We are looking for team-oriented, positive individuals who have a passion for artisanal products, friendly, relaxing atmosphere and aspire for excellence in customer service.

Experienced baristas should know the following:
Micro-foam technique (16 oz cappuccino and a 12 oz latte will be used to evaluate)
Various drink types ranging from latte to, cappuccino, con panna, macchiato, etc.
Grind sizes for brewing types
Propper shot prep and serve

Experience is not required – attitude is everything for us. Please feel free to apply and see if you’d like to learn, and plan to stay in the Chelan area long-term. Please note that we have a very high standard for our products so please come prepared to learn.
